Women in insurance - Uganda (WIN) was started with Twenty-two (22) founding members in January 2019 and incorporated on 19th February 2020as a private company limited by guarantee. The Key objective is to improve the insurance sector performance through identifying and addressing gender specific challenges that hinder ladies from progressing to the highest positions within the industry.
To provide women in the Insurance Sector a platform to develop their professional and leadership skills for career advancement.
